Thank you for the response. I did everything as you wrote, however, I still have the same problem. Yesterday, i managed to download the 2. Download Software Recovering Deleted Files Windows 8. 0 patch using the repair installation button. But hat was after the patch actually started to download (like 7:00 pm ET) and, upon reaching 99% installation of main assets, I got again the same error message. After the repair scan was completed, it began the download of english assets. Installed up to 99%, got same error message again, clicked repair and then finished the 3rd part of the download and installation.

Ive gone through everything, the program is exempt in the firewall, Ive started it in admin, ive downloaded the installer again, ran the repairer, updated all my drivers, I can get on the internet and surf as usual, but it still doesnt work.
